ReamKart operates as a managed sourcing and fulfilment desk for workplace products, services, branded goods, and custom requirements. Catalogue prices are indicative unless explicitly confirmed in a written estimate.
Custom-priced items, bulk orders, city-specific services, and made-to-order products are confirmed only after ReamKart shares a written estimate and the client approves the scope, quantities, timelines, taxes, and payment terms.
For branded merchandise, print, signage, furniture, IT, and facility work, the client is responsible for providing accurate artwork, sizes, addresses, access instructions, billing details, and approvals on time.
Delivery timelines depend on stock, production schedules, vendor availability, city, site access, and payment status. ReamKart will communicate material changes, substitutions, or delays as soon as reasonably possible.
Standard catalogue items may be cancellable before dispatch. Made-to-order, branded, perishable, service-based, or specially sourced items may be non-cancellable once production, booking, or vendor commitment has started.
Invoices are issued according to the approved estimate. Taxes, freight, installation, service charges, and other statutory costs may vary by product, vendor, and delivery location.
